Description
MGD Green Coffee Box of 120 Capsules
The coffee tree is an evergreen shrub of the genus Coffea and the Rubiaceae family. Among the hundred or so species of coffee trees listed, the main ones are Coffea arabica L. and Coffea canephora Pierre.
Coffee most likely originated from coffee trees growing wild in the African rainforests around Lake Victoria. These shrubs were later introduced to Ethiopia's Kaffa province.
Green coffee is the ripe fruit of the coffee tree. It is not roasted and therefore retains all of its natural properties.
Its main active components are caffeine and chlorogenic acid, the most abundant of which is 5-caffeoylquinic acid
Green Coffee Bean Extract* (Coffea robusta) titrated to 15% in chlorogenic acid and 12% in caffeine, maltodextrin, tunic: pullulan gelling agent.
