Refund Policy

At the house of VitaBlanca, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you, you have the right 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund, according to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility conditions

To receive a refund:

• The request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• The product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
• Returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order email).

2. Non-refundable products

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Food supplements sensitive to temperature or storage
• Gift cards or final sale items

3. Return procedure

1. Contact us by email at Contact@vitablanca.ma by indicating:
   • Your order number
   • The product concerned
   • The reason for return
2. After validation, we will send you the return address.
3. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part.

4. Reimbursement

• Once the product is received and checked, we will proceed with the refund within 5 to 10 working days, via the same payment method used, Cash Plus, Wafa Cash & Bank Transfer.
• You will receive a confirmation email.
