Black radish, Raphanus niger, also called black horseradish, is a cylindrical root with black or purplish skin and white flesh with a characteristic pungent flavor.
Although its origin remains somewhat obscure, the radish is thought to have originated in the Near East or southwest Asia.
Present in our regions since the Neolithic period, the radish was very popular during Antiquity. The various peoples who cultivated it used it as a vegetable and as a remedy.
Ingredients:
Black radish (Raphanus sativus var niger) root*: 250 mg, tunic: gelling agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
