It gently removes all makeup, even waterproof, without damaging the eye area.

Makeup remover suitable for sensitive, dry, irritated eyelids.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Place a small amount of jelly on a cotton pad. Apply to the closed eye. Leave on for a few seconds, then spread out toward the temples without rubbing. Can be used without cotton.
