La déshydratation est un état cutané et toutes les peaux, qu’elles soient grasses, sèches ou mixtes, peuvent y être confrontées. Une peau déshydratée est une peau qui manque d’eau. Cette déshydratation peut survenir en raison de divers facteurs : des facteurs environnementaux (froid, pollution, UV…), des facteurs externes (tabac, alcool), des facteurs émotionnels (stress, fatigue), des produits cosmétiques mal adaptés ou encore des traitements médicamenteux (anti-acnéiques par exemple).
