When brushed twice a day, Sensodyne provides 24-hour protection against tooth sensitivity. Daily, Sensodyne Sensitivity Action:

– strengthens enamel. It contains active fluoride which promotes enamel remineralization.
Ingredients
Potassium nitrate and sodium fluoride (1450 ppm). Works by desensitizing nerve endings.
Store at a temperature below 30°C.
Directions for use
It is recommended to brush your teeth twice a day, and not more than three times. Avoid swallowing the toothpaste and spit it out after brushing.
Use Sensodyne Sensitivity Action twice a day for at least one month.
After two weeks, tooth sensitivity decreases.
Continue the treatment until you achieve a satisfactory result.
To prevent sensitivity from returning, it is important to continue using Sensodyne toothpaste throughout the year.
