MGD Vitamins and Minerals Box of 120 Capsules
The Vitamin and Mineral Complex provides an optimal intake of micronutrients. 3 capsules provide 11 vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, C, E) and 6 minerals (calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium).
Micronutrients – so named because the body needs only tiny amounts of them – play a vital role in the production of enzymes, hormones and other substances that help regulate the growth, activity, development and function of the immune and reproductive systems.
Adequate intake is especially important during infancy and other periods of rapid growth, as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ingredients:
Lithothamnium (L. calcareum) algae titrated to 32% of calcium and 2% of magnesium, tunic: gelling agent pullulan, marine magnesium oxide, calcium salts of citric acid, vitamin C, yeast (S. revival) with selenium, zinc citrate, natural vitamin E, bamboo (B. arundinacea) resin, algae extract Dunaliella salina titrated to 10% of beta-carotene, folic acid (vit. B9), niacin (vit. B3), biotin (vit. B8), manganese citrate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pantothenic acid (vit. B5), copper citrate, vitamin B6, riboflavin (vit. B2), Thiamine (vit. B1), vit. B12.
