Lemon balm, Melissa officinalis, is a perennial plant of the Lamiaceae family. Native to the eastern Mediterranean basin, it has been widespread in Europe since ancient times. Lemon balm was highly valued in the 19th century for its soothing properties.
Ingredients:
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, valerian root extract* (Valeriana officinalis) titrated to 0.4% valerenic acids, lemon balm leaf extract* (Melissa officinalis) 4/1 titrated at 5% rosmarinic acid, tunic: gelling agent pullulan, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
