In the body, it combines with other compounds to form GTF (glucose tolerance factor). This facilitates the action of insulin, a fundamental hormone in regulating sugar levels in the body: it is said to be an insulin cofactor.

Ingredients:
Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) (gluten), chromium chloride, tunic: gelling agent pullulan, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
