Where is fenugreek found?
This plant is found in its natural state in India as well as in the Middle Eastern countries. Little by little, it spread throughout the Mediterranean world, but also in China. It is also found in France, particularly in the south, possibly close to the Mediterranean. Fenugreek gives off a strong and pleasant smell from the seeds when crushed. It is found in stock cubes, for example, or in certain caramels, where the plant adds flavor to the whole.
