Squash in nature: Pumpkin Seed Oil is extracted from the pumpkin seed. It is a large herbaceous plant with swirling tendrils, large triangular leaves, and pretty yellow flowers. Its fruit is a large, oblong or globular orange berry. The fleshy, yellow, spongy, and sometimes filamentous pulp of the pumpkin contains numerous ovoid, yellow seeds.
