These orodispersible tablets, with a delicate vanilla flavor, melt instantly under the tongue without the need for water. This formulation ensures rapid and effective absorption of melatonin, providing a convenient solution for peaceful nights. In addition to supporting natural sleep, they are ideal for countering the effects of jet lag while traveling.

Composition

Per daily dose: Bulking agents (mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch), vanilla flavoring, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts, fatty acids, melatonin (1.9 mg).

Directions for use

Difficulty falling asleep: Take 1 tablet daily at bedtime. Let it dissolve under the tongue without water for optimal action.

Jet lag: Take 1 tablet daily at bedtime, starting on the first day of your trip and continuing for the following days, until the effects of jet lag subside.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not drive or operate machinery for 4 to 5 hours after taking.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children without medical advice.

Excessive use may cause laxative effects.

Consult a doctor if you are taking medication (antidepressants, sleeping pills, sedatives, etc.).
