An effective formula for difficulty falling asleep, jet lag, night waking and disturbed nights.
Formulated in synergy, the Diétaroma spray combines a plant, a bud and an essential oil to help you get a good night's sleep.
This spray contains linden bud, mandarin essential oil, eschscholtzia and melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and improve the quality of sleep.

Directions for use:
6 sprays per day in the mouth to be carried out in the evening in a single dose.
Melatonin¹: Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days following the day of arrival at the destination.
Best stored at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C away from light and humidity.
