Inulin, a fructooligosaccharide (FOS), is a soluble prebiotic fiber that resists digestion and reaches the large intestine virtually intact. Suggested Use
Take 1 teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily. Mix with your favorite drink or food. Start with 1 teaspoon daily and slowly increase the dosage.
