MGD Grapefruit Seed Extract 50 ml
The pomelo, Citrus paradisi, is a hybrid of the grapefruit, Citrus grandis, and a Chinese orange. It is a variety of grapefruit that was discovered in Puerto Rico in the 13th century. The only citrus species not native to Asia, the pomelo has been observed in Barbados since the 18th century.
In 1980, a scientist observed that the grapefruit seeds in his compost never rotted. This discovery led to the widespread use of grapefruit seed extract in dietary supplements.
The main constituents are bioflavonoids (naringin, neohesperidin, hesperidin, kaempferol, etc.) and vitamin C, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C also helps protect cells against oxidative stress and reduce fatigue.

Grapefruit hydroglycerin extract* (glycerol, water, vitamin C, grapefruit fruit extract*) (Citrus paradisi) titrated to 0.75% in bioflavonoids: 1.7 ml, dry extract of grapefruit seed (Citrus paradisi) titrated to 45% in bioflavonoids: 122 mg.
