Red ginseng, Panax ginseng, is a herbaceous plant of the Araliaceae family that grows in the mountainous and forested regions of China, Korea, Manchuria and even in Russia.
Ginseng is the most renowned plant in Asia, in China, Japan, and Korea. Used for over 2,000 years, the Chinese attribute numerous properties to it, hence its name Panax ("panacea"). It is particularly used by Asian people for its tonic and revitalizing properties.
Ginseng contains a large number of compounds: polysaccharides, glycopeptides, vitamins, sterols, polyins, an essential oil and, above all, ginsenosides (1-3 %), to which most of the activity is attributed.
Ginseng was introduced to Europe as a fortifying tonic. It is particularly indicated for fatigue, stress, and convalescence. It helps maintain optimal resistance, feelings of energy and vitality, and physical and mental well-being.

Red ginseng powder* (Panax ginseng) root, tunic: gelling agent pullulan.

Directions for use:
3 to 6 capsules per day, for at least 4 weeks.
