Delivery times
- Estimated delivery times : between 24h and 48h after order confirmation.
- Orders are being processed Monday to Saturday.
- No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

- We deliver in all cities and regions of Morocco, including :
Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fez, Tangier, Agadir, Oujda, Meknes, Laayoune, and many others.
Delivery costs
- Delivery free from a minimum amount of 500 Dh.
- Otherwise, fixed charges will be applied to the order depending on the destination.
Monitoring & Communication
- You will receive an SMS or call to confirm delivery with the delivery person.
- In the event of an exceptional delay, our customer service will inform you promptly.
