At the house of VitaBlanca, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you, you have the right 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund, according to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility conditions
To receive a refund:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- The product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
- Returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order email).
2. Non-refundable products
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Food supplements sensitive to temperature or storage
- Gift cards or final sale items
3. Return procedure
- Contact us by email at Contact@vitablanca.ma by indicating:
- Your order number
- The product concerned
- The reason for return
- After validation, we will send you the return address.
- Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part.
4. Reimbursement
- Once the product is received and checked, we will proceed with the refund within 5 to 10 working days, via le même mode de paiement utilisé,Cash Plus,Wafa Cash & Virement Bancaire.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
