Perio-aid Intensive Care Toothpaste Gel 0.12% 75ml
Perio Aid Gel Toothpaste 75ml Its formula contains: – Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.12%, a long-acting, broad-spectrum antiseptic. Bactericidal and bacteriostatic properties to restore – and/or maintain oral health.
Indications: – Associated with periodontal and implant treatments. Localized infections and inflammations, etc. – Oral hygiene well adapted in the presence of appliances and prostheses or implants, due to its zero abrasiveness.
Gel toothpaste without any anionic agent, does not alter the effectiveness of a chlorhexidine mouthwash used immediately after brushing, unlike most toothpastes. Thanks to the persistence of chlorhexidine, the action is prolonged for 10 to 12 hours.
Allows for local application.
Directions for use: – Use like a regular toothpaste by applying a small amount of gel to a soft, rounded toothbrush. Brush sensitive areas thoroughly at least twice a day, using vertical strokes from the gums towards the teeth. – Most toothpastes contain detergents that inactivate chlorhexidine. Do not use them with Perio-Aid Gel or Perio.Aid mouthwashes.
