Directions for use
It is recommended to brush your teeth after each meal, 2 to 3 times a day, for 2 minutes, ideally with ELGYDIUM Caries Protection toothpaste.
To be effective without damaging the enamel or injuring the gums, the toothbrush head should make a circular motion on all sides of the teeth. Don't hesitate to go over the same area several times and brush the top and bottom teeth separately. In addition, you should tilt the brush at a 45° angle on the gums, with the ends of the bristles towards the roots of the teeth.
Finally, brush your teeth from the gum to the tip of the teeth ("from pink to white") to prevent the bristles from hitting the fragile edge of the gum. Absolutely avoid back-and-forth, up-and-down movements, which damage the gums and push bacteria into the space between the tooth and the gum.
